    Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Josh was surrounded by the world of real estate from a very young age with his family's business being a national title insurance, escrow, and appraisal company. With title and escrow being an integral part of every real estate transaction, this experience and access gives Josh an advantage in every deal. After graduating from Columbia University, Josh lived in New York closing loans as a Notary Public by day and tending bar by night. Josh is an excellent communicator who delivers first-rate customer service. Being able to liaise between all parties in a deal is of paramount importance. Beyond his knowledge of the real estate business and skill in negotiating a contract, he has a true passion for getting his clients the best value possible. Whether he is assisting a small chocolate company in leasing their first commercial kitchen space in Long Beach or finding a new family an estate in Brentwood, Josh's attention to his clients' needs is unmatched. The process of buying or selling a home can be cumbersome and daunting, but Josh makes it comfortable, navigable, and fun. When he's not working with his clients, he's pursuing development/Investment opportunities, learning about other facets of the business, or teaching his seminar for first-time home buyers. He is a member of the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles, Echelon Business Development, and is an experienced Wedding Officiant. Josh is a devoted husband to his wonderful wife Jessie and a doting father to their dynamic sons Hudson and Theo. They live in Westchester and can often be caught constructing elaborate holiday decorations and walking the hills of Playa Del Rey, admiring some of the greatest views in Los Angeles.

    Annie Keyes is the Director of Operations at Keyes Real Estate, leading the firm’s marketing, branding, and social media strategy. A Los Angeles native with experience across private, public, and nonprofit sectors, she brings strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail to every campaign.

    Annie has experience in the private, non-profit, and public sectors. From a hotel sales manager at one of L.A.’s top hotels to the program manager of outreach & engagement at an influential environmental non-profit to a project manager at an energy efficiency consulting firm, she has excelled in providing outstanding customer service, superior leadership, and an unmatched attention-to-detail.

    Born and raised in Los Angeles, Annie holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Amherst College. She enjoys playing beach volleyball in Santa Monica, skiing in Mammoth, and going for hikes in Eagle Rock with her husband Brad, their three sons Bodie, Jackson, & Wyatt, and their two dogs Frankie & Gloria.

Her meticulous attention to detail and deep knowledge of the buying and selling process make her a trusted and dedicated advocate for her clients. Narine focuses on educating and supporting clients at every stage of a transaction, whether they are first-time buyers or experienced investors.

    As a licensed California attorney, Narine also serves as the Director of Compliance at Keyes Real Estate. In this role, she ensures the brokerage operates in full compliance with California Department of Real Estate regulations as well as the firm’s own internal best practices and policies.

    Before joining Keyes Real Estate, Narine practiced civil litigation for ten years, representing clients in personal injury, probate, and family law matters. Her legal experience allows her to skillfully manage complex transactions and apply creative problem-solving strategies that benefit her clients.

    Born and raised in Los Angeles, Narine graduated from UCLA and Loyola Law School and is fluent in Armenian. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Los Angeles’ diverse restaurant scene with friends and family.
